Kao Kor , is a village which is located on the mountains. It hides
itself among the beautiful nature, which consists of mountains,
forests, waterfalls and wild animals.

Geography and climate at Ban Boonprakong.

Geographically this area has both high and low lands. The weather
is absolutely fine in summer season and it is extremely cold in the
winter season. Besides we are able to learn more about both ways
of life , culture of the hill-tribes and the agricultural life such as growing
“ Pak Maew” , which is a very well-known vegetable and is sold in
the famous supermarkets in Thailand. Kradueng” or the wooden
motors which are used by water power by the insurgents at Sridit
waterfall, the remembrance of the devoted people and Kao Kor
battle field.
